On-Site Creative with PSAV

Media Stream Partners provides On-Site creative services to PSAV at the Anaheim Convention Center. - PSAV Convention and Tradeshow Services based in Dallas, Texas turned to Media Stream to shoot and edit a dynamic sizzle video for use during the Higher Education User Group conference held this year at the Anaheim Convention Center in CA. This show, which is held in a different part of the country every year, featured a major concert starring Don Felder of the Eagles. PSAV was looking for a Rock & Roll style video featuring the elaborate load-in; setting up the stage, lighting, and video screens for the big show.

Working within a 24-hour window, MSP used a two-camera crew shooting in High Definition and Time-Lapse cameras to capture the load-in. The footage was cut together onsite and included sound bites from the crew getting ready for the show. The final product was delivered with time to spare several hours ahead of rehearsal. The final video was used as an opening sizzle piece for each day of the three-day conference and was the driving force behind the excitement of the much anticipated concert.
